I, Brian Huffaker, President of GRH Management LLC, an Idaho limited liability company,
Manager of GRHH Performance Cherry Lane LLC and Performance Charter School Cherry
Lane LLC, 855 W. Broad Street, Suite 300, Boise, Idaho 83702, being first duly sworn upon
oath, depose and say:
1. That GRHH Performance Cherry Lane LLC and Performance Charter School Cherry
Lane LLC are the record owners of the property described in the attached, and I grant
permission to Jayne Fekete, owner of Raisin Angels, 8262 S. Slide Creek, Meridian,
Idaho 83642, to submit the accompanying application(s) pertaining to that property.
2. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold the City of Meridian and its employees harmless
from any claim or liability resulting from any dispute as to the statements contained
herein or as to the ownership of the property which is the subject of the application(s).
3. I hereby grant permission to City of Meridian staff to enter the subject property for the
purpose of site inspections related to processing said application(s).
