My name is Gerald Shafter and live in the Bear Creek subdivision. I would just like
to let it be known that I'm opposed to the apartment complex to be built on the
Meridian/Victory road. The fact is that between the nightmare it will create with
our already gridlocked roads, it will create the same problem for the schools as
well. Please let my remarks be noted at the city meeting tonight. Thank you.
