City Clerk/City Council,
As a resident of Kentucky ridge subdivision I oppose the building of an apartment complex near my neighborhood. The
roads and schools nearby cannot handle this many residents and additional traffic. It would be in your best interest to
make this area a commercial property it’s needed in this area. There are too many apartment complex projects already
near our communities. This will definitely have a negative impact on our home property value. I know others in the my
community have raised concerns and oppose this building project.
