To Whom It May Concern, this is an extremely bad idea! You wld know this, if you did data testing or video surveillance
of the traffic already on this intersection Monday thru Friday from 6:15a. to 9:30a. (pre-Covid for true accuracy). Why
would you want to add to this problem? We are very close to having a similar situation as the Eagle/Victory freeway exit
& on ramp debacle. Most complained about traffic light area in the whole Treasure Valley!
Children will be injured or worse, due to this VERY unsafe planning situation. The road on Victory (east of Stoddard);
where it "S" curves will be a constant danger if you increase traffic & school age children onto it.
Lastly, all the property values of the many surrounding subdivisions will go down severely, because of this proposed
rezoning.
I don't have a problem developing that land for individual housing developments comparable to the surrounding
subdivisions; or even a retail development. But come on, apartments & R-8 rezoning?! Both streets are so busy! Too
dangerous & unsafe! I predict lawsuits the first winter! There goes the profit margin!
