Here are my concerns. 1. Our schools are full! Not filling up, but full. There is also no bond for building a new one yet. No school will be built before these apartments are done. There is literally nowhere for the elementary kids to attend school. No plan in place. There should be no additional building until this is addressed and finalized. 2. This intersection is not equipped for additional traffic. Victory road does not have room. The west side of victory road is poorly made with a wind in the road that has low visibility and is two lanes with no turning lane. How will cars get in and out. There needs to be a plan for this to safely happen. 3. There’s a massive increase of apartments being built nearby. Literally hundreds of new units being built along overland road. How is the increase of population being addressed? Traffic? Resources? We love this area, and will be saddened by approving additional high density apartments before addressing and finalizing problems that will arise because of this. Thank you for your time.
