I have attached the notice I sent out. Notices were mailed out on the 6th and I fielded a few calls between the 8th and 13th. Nobody
expressed interest in attending the meeting, as I was able to answer their questions by phone.
I have posted a notice for the meeting on the 25th as well. Can you point me in the right direction so I can make sure to get you the
right information in the posting affidavit?

BRUNDAGE ESTATES NEIGHBORHOOD
MEETING
Please see attachment for preliminary plat proposal for
Brundage Estates.
Brundage Estates will consist of 366 building lots and 20
common lots including 8.24 acres for a city park. Average lot
size is proposed to be 10,127sq/ft with an 8000sq/ft minimum.
An online ZOOM meeting will be held on July 16t" @ 12:OOPM
