CC - Narrative APPLICATION: BRUNDAGE ESTATES TIME EXTENSION.
NARRATIVE:
At request of the City, Brundage Estates Was originally platted
and approved concurrently with Biltmore Estates (Oakwood)
and Graycliff. All together, there are over 700 homesites. Our
inability to move forward on Brundage is due to our focus on
projects in Biltmore and Graycliff in the last 2 years.
The Following Application is for a 24 Month Time extension on
Brundage Estates, Formerly approved in July of 2016, and
granted an administrative time extension in July of 2018. The
current approval will expire July 261", 2020. Applicant would like
Council to approve a 24 month extension for this project.
No Changes are proposed to the current preliminary Plat.
Development includes 366 Building Lots with an Average Lot
size of 10,127 sq ft. with a gross density of 2.68 homes per acre.
Development also includes 8.24 acres for a City Park.
