Ada County is purchasing this parcel as well as the parcel immediately to the south (95 N Touchmark Way), which is already zoned as General Commercial (C-G). Rather than combine these parcels as a split-zone property, the City of Meridian has requested Ada County to rezone the northern parcel to match the C-G zoning of the southern. This combined parcel will house the future Ada County Coroner's Facility. Ada County Staff and the Architect will be in attendance at the meeting. Concept images of the proposed facility will be presented and questions will be taken at the meeting. This is not a public hearing, and public officials will not be present at this meeting.
