Dear City of Meridian Planning Department,
Ada County has purchased the parcel of land at 173 N Touchmark Way, as well as the parcel immediately to the
south (95 N Touchmark Way). The northern parcel is currently zoned as Light Industrial (I-L), while the southern
parcel is currently zoned as General Commercial (C-G). It is Ada County's intent to combine these parcels and
construct the future Ada County Coroner's Facility on it. Rather than combine these parcels as a split-zoned
property,the City of Meridian has requested Ada County to rezone the northern parcel to match the C-G zoning of
the southern parcel. This application is to fulfil that request.
