SUBJECT: Victory Commons Common Improvements Phase 1 Drainage
The Common Improvements Phase 1 at Victory Commons has been designed by Horrocks Engineers.The
site consists of 16.7 acres at the north east corner of the intersection of E Victory Rd and S Meridian Rd.
A right turn lane along S Meridian Rd will be added in a future phase.T
This plan set includes the addition of a 23,810 square foot(0.55 ac) asphalt road through the site and
the addition of public utilities. A temporary 10'x 10'x 4' infiltration bed will be utilized to treat a portion
of the drainage generated from the road with the rest infiltrating into the existing soil.A C value of 0.95
and time to concentration of 10 minutes were utilized for flow calculation.The temporary infiltration
bed will handle 400 cubic feet of runoff, intended to capture as much runoff as possible from the
proposed asphalt drive.
In the final developed condition of the site, each lot/building will have on-site stormwater disposal
systems that dispose of all water for each respective lot.
