Dear Mr . Schmidt ,
You should have received a postcard from the City of Meridian recently notifying you of a
public hearing for Victory Apartments . The project site is directly to the north and east of your
property . Your property was inadvertently and incorrectly shown as part of the boundary of that
project on the vicinity map included on the postcard .
The purpose of this letter is to confirm that your property is not part of the project site . The
project boundary will be corrected on a subsequent notice of hearing sent out for the City
Council hearing .
My apologies for the misinformation and any confusion it may have caused .
