Hello,
Pearson Subdivision needs to be continued due to a processing error; the Applicant was not aware of the requirement to
hold a neighborhood meeting and therefore we cannot hear the project this week. We should have never accepted the
application without that so this is partially on the City and on the Applicant.

I would like to request a new date of August 20 to give the Applicant time to hold the neighborhood meeting and
submit the proper documents.
