It has come to our attention that ACHD has accepted our traffic Impact study, but has not submitted a staff report for
the August 6, 2020 City of Meridian Planning & Zoning Commission public hearing. It is our understanding that this
information is critical to the success of our application. As such, we are asking the City to defer our application to the
next available hearing date, which, I believe is September 3, 2020. Please let me know if this is acceptable to the
City. Thank you.
