NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian
will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
on Thursday, August 20, 2020 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the following applications:
Mary Murphy, Grand Peak, LLC for a Conditional Use
Permit for a 2,200 square foot brewery with a tasting area
and retail showroom (i.e. minor food and beverage products
processing) within 300 feet of a residential district/use on
0.95 of an acre of land in the C-N zoning district for Loose
Screw Brewery (H-2020-0081), located at 1511 W. McMillan
Rd.,Ste. 100.
Wendy Shrief,J-U-B Engineers, Inc.for an Amendment
to the Future Land Use Map contained in the Comprehen-
sive Plan to change the designation on 18.45 acres of land
from Medium Density Residential (MDR) to Medium High
Density Residential (MHDR) and Annexation of 18.45 acres
of land with an R-15 zoning district for Victory Apartments
(H-2020-0065), located at the southwest corner of S. Meridi-
an Rd./SH-69 and W.Victory Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date. Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written
testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Pub-
lic Hearing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk,33 E.
