Just wanted to comment on the plans. Our concerns are the same, making sure our property at 2015 E Victory
will be able to drain along victory to locust grove road . Our parcel to the east of the eight mile lateral has
always drained west going towards locust grove. It is my understanding that the eight mile is an enlarged
ditch now considered a lateral canal not a creek if this is the waterway that is referred to in the report.
Concerning the pathway I find it interesting that this development is basing its livability on what the neighbors
such as myself will be doing as to the future pathway. It is too bad that ada county choose to take legal action
against me while accessing my private property that my family has owned for 80 years. I do commend the
planning staff for being careful in wanting to know which lots are to be open space and building lots. I read the
staff report carefully and I think there is still things that are unclear. Mary Dechambeau
