Alex J. Adams, Chairman
Coronavirus Financial Advisory Committee(CFAC)
304 N 8't' St, 3'a Floor
Boise, ID 83702
Chairman Adams,
I have reviewed the recommendations of the Coronavirus Financial Advisory
Committee, and agree with and approve the recommended funding allocations as
follows:
• $44,156,400 for Idaho counties, distributed as outlined in Appendix A;
$42,375,000 for Idaho cities, distributed as outlined in Appendix B;
• $7,218,900 for Idaho special purpose taxing districts, distributed as outlined
in Appendix C;
$633,900 for Idaho tribal governments, distributed as outlined in Appendix
D;
• $57,682,760 for Idaho state agencies, distributed as outlined in Appendix E;
• $2,000,000 for PPE for small businesses; and
$300,000,000 for Idaho Rebound Grants for Small Businesses.
I appreciate the work the Committee has done in carefully establishing an equitable
distribution formula for local governments, and ensuring that expenditures comply
with the CARES Act and U.S. Treasury guidance on the allowable use of the funds.
Please work with the State Controller's Office on carrying out these funding
allocations and reporting all expenditures on Transparent Idaho.
Best regards,
Brad Little
Governor
