I, Keith Nichter, an employee of Kimley-Horn, in Mesa, AZ, being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and
say:
In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-5A-6, I attest that the
subject property was properly posted on July 9th, 2020 by Signs Etc. of Meridian, ID, which is at least ten
(10) days prior to the scheduled public hearing before the Meridian City Council for the annexation, zoning
and preliminary plat for the Brody Square subdivision. I have submitted photographs of the posting,
concurrent with this affidavit.
