We currently live at 5000 W. Larry Lane which is 1 of the 5 – five acre parcels in Compton
Subdivision #2. We are in support of development. When we bought this property, we lived in
the quiet county. Now we are surrounded by R-8 development. The highest and best use of this
subdivision of 5 – five acre parcels is development to be in conformance with the area
surrounding. Few people would want to buy our houses for acreage with being surrounded by
new subdivisions.
