After reviewing the Staff Report the developer is in general agreement with the Staff Report with one exception.
General Conditions of Approval (2.9)
This condition is not in keeping with developments that are Commercial and Multi Family nature.

applications for Modern Craftsman, H-2020-0022. This item is scheduled to be on the Commission
agenda on July 9, 2020. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue,
beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
