NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hear-
ing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July
28, 2020 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the fol-
lowing applications:
Boll Cook Investments, LLC for Annexation & Zoning of
15.22 acres of land with R-8 (2.76 acres), R-15 (8.82 acres)
and R-40 (3.64 acres) zoning districts; and a Preliminary
Plat consisting of 66 single-family residential building lots, 1
building lot for a future multi -family development, 8 common
area lots and 2 other (common driveway) lots for Delano
Subdivision (H-2019-0027), located at 14120 W. Jasmine
Ln. and 2800 E. Jasmine Ln.
Brighton Development, Inc. for Annexation of a total of
68.73 acres of land with R-8 (48.42 acres) and C-G (20.31
acres); and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 137 buildable
lots (136 residential and 1 commercial), 19 common lots, and
2 other lots on 66.52 acres of land in the R-8 and C-G zoning
districts for Quartet Northeast (H-2020-0017), located at
4020 & 4340 N. Black Cat Rd.
Brighton Development, Inc. for Annexation of a total of
22.26 acres of land with an R-8 zoning district and a Prelimi-
nary Plat consisting of 50 buildable lots and 10 common lots
on 19.92 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district for Quartet
Southeast (H-2020-0018), located at 4020 and 4340 N.

Kody Daffer, Brighton Development, Inc. for a Modifica-
tion to the Existing Development Agreement (Inst. #2020-
059662 provision #5.1 g) to allow building permits for the
commercial portion of the development to be issued prior to
subdivision of the property for Hill's Century Farm North (H-
2020-0080), generally located south of E. Amity Rd. and east
of S. Eagle Rd.
Tealey's Land Surveying for a Short Plat consisting of 2
buildable lots on 0.97 acres of land in the L-O zoning district
for Gyro Subdivision (H-2020-0061), located at 3030 E.
Magic View Dr.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above -noted time and date. Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written
testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Pub-
lic Hearing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Suite 104, Meridian, ID, 83642; by email to

by texting "Comment" to 31996. All testimony and materials
received or presented become property of the City of Meridi-
an as public records and are subject to the provisions of the
Idaho Public Records Law. Application materials are subject
to change throughout the public hearing process, and it is in-
cumbent on interested persons to monitor changes by follow-
ing the process in person, online, or by contacting City staff.
