Good Afternoon -
Please add my voice of dissent to the project on Black Cat and Tree Farm. I am appalled at the lack of common sense
and lack of acknowledgement of the negative impact on this community should this large development proceed. We
already have Costco, we already have a huge church, we already have another development coming across the street
and we already have the enlargement of Chinden. What a horror movie in the making for traffic, congestion and more
than likely, crime if you cram in 195 units.
This has become a personal attack on my way of life, my neighbors way of life. We have worked hard to afford to live in
this quiet community in Spurwing, a community that pays high taxes to our city, I might add. I'm sure you would feel the
same if this was laid at your doorstep. This is where you have an opportunity to stop the speeding train. Take a beat,
take a breath and think this through before you allow the implosion of the wonderful life we have established in
Meridian. Don't be a part of the problem. Don't be swayed by developers with deep pockets. They always say to follow
the money..... well?
Thank you for your time.
