PZ - Applicant's Response to Staff Report 7-9 Charlene Way From:Jarron Langston <jarronlangston@gmail.com> Sent:Monday, July 06, 2020 3:38 PM To:Joseph Dodson; City Clerk Cc:Glenn Walker; Truman Mathews Subject:Re: Staff Report - Epic Storage (H-2020-0058) Attachments:image002.png Joe, Good afternoon, Thanks for the Staff Report and recommendation for approval. Overall we are satisfied with the staff report and support of the project. A few items of clarification: 1. The business name is Precision Storage Concepts. Not Epic Storage. 2.The Metal Buiding is not a Pre-Fab Building. It will be full custom engineered building. There a several different material types and the metal is a high grade metal. As we speak our architect is adding windows and additional architectural flare to meet the Design Standards you are looking for. We may have additional comments but this should cover it for now.
