Dear Applicant/Owner;
On February 28, 2020 the Director granted tentative approval of Project No.
201900291 PBA, subject to the Conditions of Approval listed in Exhibit
#A. The applicant has requested a letter from the Director requesting that
the Property Boundary Adjustment is final. The final conditions have been
met as listed:
1. The applicant and/or owner filed Record of Survey #12416 with the
County Recorder’s office on June 30, 2020.
2. The applicant and/or owner executed and recorded the necessary
deeds on June 30, 2020.
3. The applicant and/or owner received tax parcel numbers from the
Ada County Assessor and submitted them to Ada County Development
Services. [S0434325550 & S0434325865].
4. One 8.5x11 inch copy of the recorded Record of Survey and one
copy of the recorded deeds has been included in file #201900291 PBA.
Project No. 201900291 PBA has met the required conditions and has
received final approval.
