Dear Planning and Zoning Commission:
We own the property at 4915 W Larry Lane, Meridian. Our property borders on the
east of proposed Tara's Landing project PP H-2020-0048.
We wish to submit objections to the proposed project.
Compton Subdivision #2 has active CC&Rs that provide for 5 rural lots five acres or
larger. An owner may subdivide into parcels not less than one acre.
The density Mr. Homan is proposing completely disregards the existing and valid
CC&Rs.
