It is across the street to the east of the O’Rilley Auto Parts located at the northeast corner of Meridian Rd and Calderwood Dr as shown on the yellow shaded area on the attached map. The project parcel is: 142 E. Calderwood Dr (which is Lot 18 of Block 1 of Southern Springs Subdivision No. 3) As part of the plan submittal, the City asks we ask the irrigation district to “provide a letter of approval to connect to the existing system”. They would also like confirmation that the existing NMID system has a connection to the City’s potable water supply for “use as a backup supply of water”. In looking at the topo it appears there is an existing irrigation line 2 running across the property along the North side of E. Calderwood Dr. There also appears to be an existing irrigation service on the property at the southwest corner of the property. Can you please provide written confirmation that the property is located in the District and can connect to the NMID system and also confirm your system has a backup water connection to the City? Can you also provide a map confirming and showing the location of the Irrigation Main and Irrigation services? Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
