I hope you are doing well.
The buyers asked that I forward their plans to you for ACC approval.
Holly Floyd wanted me to let you know that she is still working through the exterior colors so any reference to the
exterior color scheme is not correct yet. She will submit the exterior colors to you as soon as she has those finalized.
Apparently, their architect said they need an approval letter from the ACC in order to submit for final design/review to the
City of Meridian.
Let me know if you have any questions and I have CC'd Holly Floyd (buyer) on this email if you could respond to all when
replying.
