PZ - ACHD TIS Comment Mike Wardle From: Mindy Wallace <MwaI lace @achdidaho.org> Sent: Monday, May 11, 2020 4:26 PM To: Mike Wardle Cc: Bill Parsons Subject: RE: TM Center Pre-Plat Traffic Study Mike, The City of Meridian considers this proposal to be consistent with the City's Ten Mile Interchange Plan, therefore a full traffic impact study is not required. If driveways onto Franklin Road are proposed you will need to submit an analysis to demonstrate that the driveways are needed to serve the site. Please let me know if you have any questions. PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN OPENING ATTACHMENTS OR LINKS INSIDE THIS EMAIL.] Mindy, I cannot find a "concluding"response from you on this matter. Once again, given . . . - The City's action to bring the 2019 comp plan Future Land Use Map up-date into conformance with the zoning granted in 2014, and the fact that - The TMISAP effort included traffic data for the entire area, including Shakoori and Calnon - That ITD's Ten Mile Road project and ACHD's rebuild of Franklin Road were based on the TMISAP traffic data I trust there is no need for additional traffic information. i
