As provided for under Idaho Code Sections 50-2907 and 63-215, and Rule 225 of the Property Tax
Administrative Rules IDAPA 35.01.03.225.02, you are being provided copies of the following recorded
documents for filing:
1. Meridian City Council Ordinance No. 20-1881 and Summary of Ordinance No. 20-1881
(without exhibits or attachments) approving the First Amendment to the Meridian Revitalization Plan Urban
Renewal Project (the “First Amendment”), which plan amends the existing Project Area to deannex
approximately 16 acres. The City Council approved the Ordinance at its meeting of June 9, 2020. The Mayor
signed the Ordinance on June 9, 2020. Publication of the Ordinance Summary in the Meridian Press occurred
on June 19, 2020.
2. Recorded under separate cover, the legal description of the boundaries of the area deannexed
from the existing Meridian Revitalization Plan Urban Renewal Project Area /revenue allocation area of record
with the State Tax Commission, together with the map showing the boundaries of the area deannexed from the
existing Meridian Revitalization Plan Urban Renewal Project Area /revenue allocation area of record with the
State Tax Commission.
