NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hear-
ing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July
149 2020 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the fol-
lowing applications:
Franklin Storage, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of
5.143 acres of land with an I-L zoning district to accommo-
date the future construction of a self-service storage facility
for Franklin Storage (H-2020-0033), located near the half-
mile mark on the north side of E. Franklin Rd., between S.
Eagle Rd. and S.Cloverdale Rd.
Southpoint Estates, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of
10.41 acres of land with an R-8 zoning district and a Prelimi-
nary Plat consisting of 53 building lots and 7 common lots
for Sagewood West Subdivision (H-2020-0038), located at
1335 W.Overland Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date. Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written
testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Pub-
lic Hearing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Suite 104, Meridian, ID, 83642; by email to
cityclerk@meridiancity.ora: by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or
by texting "Comment" to 31996. All testimony and materials
received or presented become property of the City of Meridi-
an as public records and are subject to the provisions of the
Idaho Public Records Law. Application materials are subject
to change throughout the public hearing process, and it is in-
cumbent on interested persons to monitor changes by follow-
ing the process in person, online, or by contacting City staff.
