I just talked with our client, we are going to request to postpone the hearing to July 7 so we have some more time

email. Attached is the response to those concerns that I received back from Kristina Keith, PE.
Please respond back as soon as possible with your direction to either proceed to hearing next week, or request for
continuance per your conversation with Sonya yesterday afternoon.

Attached is the staff report for the proposed final plat for Pine 43 #2. This item is scheduled to be on the City Council
consent agenda on June 23rd. The meeting will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm.
Please call or e-mail with any questions.
Wendy – If you are not in agreement with the provisions in the staff report, submit a written response to the staff report
to the City Clerk’s office (cityclerk@meridiancity.org) and me by 3:00 pm the Thursday prior to the meeting and the item
will be placed on the regular agenda. If received after that time, the application will be placed on the regular agenda on
the next available Council meeting.
