Additional Meeting Notes: A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application is required for a Self-Storage Facility in the General
Commercial District. The Boundary Adjustment must be finaled prior to CUP submittal. To continue the
reduced to 1 Alternative Compliance application shall be filed with the City of
Meridian at the time of Certificate of Zoning Compliance (CZC) and Design Review (DES) submittal; please refer to UDC 11-5B-5. All
landscape buffers shall comply with our Unified Development Code Title 11-3B-7. Please refer to our Specific Use Standards for
Self-Service Storage Facility, Residential (UDC 11-4-3-47) for additional standards. The use of metal as a primary field material
must go through a Design Standard Exception at the time of CZC and DES submittal as discussed in our Architectural Standards
Manual und

Fire Buildings greater than 12,000 square feet require sprinklers. Ensure that all gates have a Knox box for fire accessibility.
