For the record, we have initiated discussion with the Public Works Department regarding its recommended Site Specific Condition of Approval #1.2; specifically, the phased timing of a 12-inch water main. All, Given our earlier statement of agreement with the staff report and recommended conditions of approval, we are not th submitting a “presentation” for the Planning & Zoning Commission’s June 18 public hearing. Rather, we will: - Rely on staff’s use of graphics submitted with the application; - Note our concurrence with the recommended conditions of approval; - Respond to Commission questions; and - Request an affirmative recommendation from the Commission to the City Council.
