All,
We have reviewed—and agree with—the Quartet Northeast and Quartet Southeast Subdivision staff report analysis
and recommendation for approval of the proposed annexation and zoning with a development agreement, and
preliminary plat approval.
For the record, we have initiated discussion with the Public Works Department regarding its recommended Site Specific
Condition of Approval #1.2; specifically, the phased timing of a 12-inch water main. We anticipate further discussion
and resolution prior to City Council review.

Given our earlier statement of agreement with the staff report and recommended conditions of approval, we are not

submitting a “presentation” for the Planning & Zoning Commission’s June 18 public hearing.
Rather, we will:
- Rely on staff’s use of graphics submitted with the application;
- Note our concurrence with the recommended conditions of approval;
- Respond to Commission questions; and
- Request an affirmative recommendation from the Commission to the City Council.
