5A-6, I personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted
on June 10, 2020 which is at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled
public hearing for Midgrove Plaza Subdivision H-2020-0029 (City Council) for the
Rezone and PreliMigM Plat of the property
I have submitted photograph(s) of the posting to the City, concurrent with this
affidavit. The sign(s) will be removed no later than three (3) days after the public
hearing.
