The proposed project is compliant with design standards set forth by the city of Meridian. Pertaining to the architectural character of the project, we are removing a large landscaped area that initial was required when this building was first built as a requirement for the former zoning and replacing that area with new parking and paving. We have also designed the new landscaping per city design guidelines. The current parking lot has 218 parking spaces, with our proposed layout we will have 230 parking spaces.
