Subject:Removal of Centennial Park?
I attend church at Meridian United Methodist on Idaho. The church has been in that location for 100
years. Mayor Tammy has often spoken of preserving "old town Meridian". How does removing the park,
the community center and parking for Composs..and putting in a four story building preserve Old Town?
It does NOT. The park is a wonderful place for people in town to eat lunch, play a little ball and just
enjoy.You've already cut down one magnificent ancient oak...now the other trees?This completely flies
in the face of keeping Meridian Old Town as well as removing a wonderful thing...a tree.
Shame on you....
