Dear Council Members:
Since our reconsideration request, I have had the opportunity to discuss this phasing plan with Staff and
consider their impressions. One suggestion was to consider expanding the final, restricted Phase 4 with
additional lots.
The plan we previously showed included five lots—one west and four east of N. Dashwood Ave. We
would be willing to add Lots 2 and 3, Block 4 to Phase 4, for a total of seven (7) lots (as shown on the
following page). Because all of the infrastructure would be in at that time (other than N. Dashwood
Ave.), whoever develops this piece would be walking from revenue in the range of $450,000.00 if they
were not to develop Phase 4. We believe the proper incentives are there to complete the final phase.
