Sky Mesa Subdivision No. 4 is located north of E. Taconic Drive approximately 'A mile west of S. Eagle Road. The gross density of the final plat is 3.15 dwelling units per acre, with a net density of 6.24 dwelling units per acre. The minimum lot size is 5,917 square feet,with the average property size being 6,977 square feet. Landscaping and open space provided with this phase includes 2.99 acres, or 24.7 percent of the site.
