Sonya,
The Public Works Department has re-evaluated the applicants proposed sanitary sewer routing, as well as previous
email correspondence with the applicant on the topic of routing, and finds that the current proposal is acceptable. The
applicant shall be responsible to determine whether adequate capacity exists in the receiving sewer system, including
two lift stations, to accept the additional flow from this development. If upgrades are necessary, the applicant shall be
responsible for all costs associated with said upgrades.
