We are in agreement with the staff report and conditions approval for application H-2020-0014 (Twelve Oaks East) with
the exception of Site Specific Condition #1.2 of the Public Works Conditions.
Prior to the publishing of the staff report, we had worked with Warren Stewart and have come to an agreement that is
different that what is required of us with this condition. We would like the condition to read as follows:
1.2 Per the Sanitary Sewer Master Plan, this parcel is supposed to connect to sewer on the property to the north
and ultimately to W. Franklin Rd. The current configuration has sewer going to the west. Under this
configuration the sewage is pumped through two lift stations. It is unknown if the lift stations can handle the
extra load. The City wants to avoid sending the waste to the west and through the lift stations. Please direct
sewage to the north as shown in the master plan. The applicant shall coordinate with Public Works to come up
with a solution that meets City requirements.
