SUBJECT: Modification to TMX MOB CZC & Development Review – Revised Narrative
Dear Stacy:
The attached request is for a modification to the existing approved CZC for the TMX MOB.
An adjacent parcel to the TMX MOB contained a CZC approved food pavilion site as well as approved permit drawings for the construction of the full pavilion. The developer has chosen
to no longer pursue the development of the food pavilion and has modified this site to contain additional parking for the TMX MOB. The set of plans provided reflect the modifications
to this parcel to be included with the TMX MOB project.
The main entrance driveway which serves both the food pavilion and the MOB contained public utilities which were tied to the previously approved food pavilion project. With this change,
we are requesting that these improvements also be added to the MOB.
In short, the CZC modification request is to add the previously permitted food pavilion site into the MOB site with all of its accompanying utilities. The site has been updated to remove
the building and provide additional parking stalls and landscape areas only (along with a storm system update to handle the runoff.)
