My name is Kenneth S Grapatin, and I live at 1650 W. Joshua Lane, Meridian, ID. My concern with the
proposed Chukar Ridge development is access to the irrigation water that feeds my property.
The irrigation water for my property and several of my neighbors’ properties runs though the north side of the
proposed Chukar Ridge development. My question is, if the property is developed and homes are built, will
the water for our properties still be accessible? Will we still be able to receive water? And will the ditch be
accessible for repairs, cleaning, etc.?
