We will have the attached rendering for presentation and may want to refer to the exhibits in your staff report. Our specific positions on the staff report conditions are as follows:  Condition 1. B. - Applicant agrees to provide permanent secondary access to the north or to the south prior to constructing more than 30 homes.  Condition 1. C. - Applicant agrees to provide 10-FT wide landscape buffer on west side of development  Condition 2. A. - Applicant agrees to provide a detail of a berm in the 35’ wide buffer along Lot 40, Block 2  Condition 2. E. - NMID does not allow irrigation within the easement, Applicant will investigate options but at this time we do not think it is possible to comply with this condition.
