PZ - ACHD and Applicant Discussion From: Matthew Adams To: Paige Bankhead;Sonya Allen;Alan Tiefenbach Cc: Bill Parsons;Tamara Thompson Subject: RE:Chukar Ridge Sub-ACHD Commission Hearing Date: Monday,May 18,2020 7:46:17 PM Paige— Thank you for this information. Could you please provide additional details about the commission hearing. Do you know if this will be a consent agenda item? Our P&Z hearing is on June 4, prior to the ACHD hearing on 6/10. We would request that you include Alan, with planning, on your response to ensure he is aware that this is a formality and not an issue of concern for our P&Z approval. Alan— Based on a response from Paige, we would prefer to go to P&Z with a condition to include the ACHD Conditions by reference and we'll have the ACHD approval well ahead of City Council. Thank you all for your help.
