Commissioners,
I am writing you in concern of the planned annexation of approximately 2.5 acres on Linder Road. This will come before
the Commission at the meeting that is scheduled for June 4,2020.
My concern with the purposed 11 properties surrounds on how they will be gaining access. At the moment the only
access point is from Linder Road. From there they take Gander, Otter, Waltman, Tylee and Joshua.
Over the last year and a half we did annex in approximately 29 properties with the impression that if and when this 2.5
acres were to be annexed in there would be an access point off of Linder. Without this, the current proposal of these 11
properties totaling 15 dwelling units could possibly add up another 30 plus vehicles to an already overly heavy traffic
area. I find this a bit excessive. Without an additional Linder access point, in the future this could add approximately 80-
100 vehicles using the current route daily.
Being the current President of the Homeowners Association I ask that in the best interest of the homeowners which are
to be about 55 affected, that there be an access point directly off of Linder Road to these proposed properties.
