East of SH-69. (Meridian,ID) Committee Discussion Caleb Lakey will send the city of Meridian a template of the Star/ITD Interagency Agreement. Committee Decisions NO Developer to contribute a proportionate share of$81,150 (4.1%)towards future improvements to the State highway system along the SH-69 corridor.Proportionate share cost estimate based off site trips vs. 2025 total intersection trips for a northbound and southbound auxiliary lane thru.the intersection of SH-69/Lake Hazel Rd and a westbound right turn lane NO Proportionate share shall be provided prior to occupancy of the development. 10580 &10474 State St. Commercial Development TIS -NW corner of SH-44 and Taurus Way(Star, ID) Committee Discussion Committee has safety concerns for full access. The Taurus Way intersection functions acceptably with right-in,right-out onto SH-44.Limiting proposed approach with traffic separator will limit movements at the hospital to the west,Cosmo Drive and/or Taurus Way.Proposed SH-44 approach functions acceptably as full access once SH-44 is widened in 2024. The city of Star intends to connect Taurus Way to Seneca Springs way with a backage road to increase mobility options for motorists. The HOA is not opposed to the development having access onto Taurus Way as a long as there is SH-44 access. A Taurus Way access provides additional travel opportunities. Committee Decisions Intersection of SH-44/Proposed Approach NO Development shall be required to connect to Taurus Way. NO Direct Access shall be permitted onto SH-44. YES/NO Direct access shall be: (1)ful<(3)RIRO, left-in or(4) Exit Only NO Construct a right turn lane for the proposed approach and dedicate necessary R/W to accommodate pavement widening and drainage. Intersection of SH-44/Taurus Way YES Require a proportionate share contribution for the design and construction of a westbound right turn lane to include necessary right-of-way expenses.
