I'm enclosing these pictures of the ponds located in Tradewinds so that you can see what the issues are that
we are concerned with Teakwood Place putting into place. We have been informed that these ponds should
drain in 2 days but as you can see it took 90 degree weather and days to drain all the way. All of the children
in both subdivisions will be put at risk. These ponds are approved by Meridian City, Planning and Zoning and
ACHD but are never tested to see if they work and by the time the homeowners are aware of the problem the
developer has sold all of the lots and turned the subdivision over to the homeowners and they have no one to
go back on to fix the issue. We were told by ACHD that we can't fence ours but the ones on Cloverdale are
both fenced.
