Charlene, I have some more information including a petition (part is online and part is a paper version). I will attach the paper one, scroll to the bottom to find the online one We are still very concerned with Teakwood Place not having its own entrance off Victory Rd, the added traffic through Tradewinds and trying to get into and out of the subdivision during peak traffic times, with the added amount of time needed for emergence vehicles to get to the very back house in Teakwood Place putting people at more risk. I can't find anything about the meeting that is to be held I believe June 4th and haven't received another card with the updated date and time so that we can let everyone know and the sign at the end of Fathom is still dated May7th. I also tried to look up the minutes from the May 7th meeting and can't find any. If you have any questions regarding this please let me know and I will provide as much information as I can. Thank you, Karen (Delaine) McLafferty 208-870-7538 kdskandles@msn.com From: Jansen, Chris <Chris.Jansen@grainger.com> Sent: Thursday, May 28, 2020 8:29 AM To: Delaine McLafferty (kdskandles@msn.com) <kdskandles@msn.com> Subject: City of Meridian : Tradewinds Homeowners Association New Subdivision Issues Hey, I just signed the petition "City of Meridian : Tradewinds Homeowners Association New Subdivision Issues" and wanted to see if you could help by adding your name. Our goal is to reach 100 signatures and we need more support. You can read more and sign the petition here: http://chng.it/wD5tSDNww6 Thanks! Chris 1 Tradewinds Homeowners Association New Subdivision issues =« started this petition to Issues at Stake: 1) Only one entrance through Tradewinds Subdivision creating more traffic and speeding through neighborhood as there are no speed bumps. Creates bottleneck during rush hour in morning and evening as added cars have to leave onto Locust Grove Road which is already backed up to Amity from Victory. The roundabout creation will not ease the traffic bottleneck as the arteries are not being widened to two lanes. 2)Creates slower response time for emergency vehicles accessing new subdivision. 3) Creating overflow runoff pond similar to Tradewinds that does not work and has been modified twice by Ada County and still is not correct. 4) All lots at entry to Subdivision on the west side back' need to be single story to reserve privacy of T dewin s me° Trades. winds wrnds subdivision r Nam .1/ Signature Ask Email Name: g/l-L Signatur EmailTv:r °, 2 6 .+ r• t Name: ,tirvyc ignature ail CFhanN- hA Name ;gam Signature Email5 / Name ,-'Signature Name: Signature Email Nam W6-W-1 nature Email Name: Signature Email 4[?xomeuICP2 Name 4 , Signature4 mail e can _Signature Email Name: Signatur ` Email ` o WcWq 1 9d Name: Sig466 Email Name: Signature Email Name Signature Email Name Signature Email Name: Signature Email Name: Signature Email Name: Signature Email Name Signature Email Name Signature Email Name: Signature Email Name: Signature Email Name: Signature Email Name Signature Email Name Signature Email Name: Signature Email Name: Signature Email Name: Signature Email Name Signature Email
