Subject:Project Location - 4020 & 4340 N. Black Cat Rd. - Comments
I do not want the rezoning to housing development to include the corner of Black Cat Rd. and Ustick Rd. We purchased
our house with a view of the mountains and do not want that impacted by housing developed across the street. I enjoy
having farm land across Ustick, it helps give the sense that Meridian is still a “small city” rather than a booming city.
