Hi Sonya, we are in agreement with the staff conditions of approval with the exception of 2 conditions: Section IX. A. f.....we are asking for a waiver of this requirement since the majority of our site elevations do comply and this location of 11 lots backing up along a major arterial prevents us (or at least makes it extremely undesirable) to use the same alley loaded elevations and "front" onto Franklin. Section IX. A. g...clarify that entry monument reviewed and approved by City Staff would satisfy this requirement. Thanks!
