Hi Sonya,
we are in agreement with the staff conditions of approval with the exception of 2 conditions:
Section IX. A. f.....we are asking for a waiver of this requirement since the majority of our site elevations do
comply and this location of 11 lots backing up along a major arterial prevents us (or at least makes it extremely
undesirable) to use the same alley loaded elevations and "front" onto Franklin.
Section IX. A. g...clarify that entry monument reviewed and approved by City Staff would satisfy this
requirement.

Attached is the staff report for the proposed Annexation & Zoning and Preliminary Plat for Ascent Townhomes. This item
is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on May 28th. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway
Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
Matt - Please submit any written response you may have to the staff report to the City Clerkâs office
(cityclerk@meridiancity.org) and me as soon as possible.
