Alan,
I think the staff reports look OK...however, there are 2 types of post office mailbox verbiage depending on
which report. I like the Phase 2 verbiage where it says "coordinate". Sue at the post office is easy to get an OK
from for mailboxes, its just an extra step in Phase 3 conditions. thanks!
